Brian’s act is hilarious yet carefully crafted to never offend or embarrass. Excellent reviews attest to the fact that Brian Stollery is one of Western Canada's most sought after corporate comedians.
Brian Stollery's performance has been described as "energetic, clean-cut and instantly appealing." This award-winning comedian takes great pride in his work.
Stollery's material finds the funny side of normal everyday occurrences. He also keeps up with current events. It it's in the headlines, he's likely to have a joke about it. His material runs the spectrum of clean to risqué but is never vulgar. Critics have also noted his talent with improvisational games.
Brian has been featured twice on CBC Radio's Madly Off in All Directions with Lorne Elliott. He has toured across Canada twice as the opening act for "Weird Al" Yankovic. He has also shared the stage with many other famous comedians such as Norm MacDonald, Brent Butt and Rich Hall. Recently, he opened for Kevin Pollak.
In addition to his stand-up comedy career, Brian Stollery
is also a busy film and television actor. He has appeared in a remake
of the classic Western High Noon starring Tom Skerritt and just
completed filming the CBS movie-of-the-week Children of Fortune
starring James Brolin and Michael Moriarty.
