FINE AND DINE WINEMAKER'S DINNER!
Join Gabriel Salas, Wine Educator of Vina Concha Y Toro - voted Chilean Winery of the Year 2007 - who has travelled from Chile to present their award-winning wines.
He will lead us in an unforgettable evening of Concha Y Toro's ultra-premium wines paired with the Blue House Cafe's fine Latin American cuisine (Calgary's 'hidden treasure').
All the wines are rated above 90 points with the Sauvignon Blanc and Carmenere achieving best historic scores for their varietals!
Reception wines and canapes will be followed by a fabulous four course meal, with four more wines. An evening not to be missed!
