Walk through the wine regions of Italy in a festival-style setting. Tour the room and sample the delightful Chiantis, bright Moscatos, fruity Valpolicellas, the earthy Barolos and lush Amarones. The Italian Trade Commision is sponsoring guest chefs from Calgary, to prepare classic Italian dishes.
