After the excesses of the holiday season, in January 2008 Vine and Dine will be discovering the tastiest warming yet light food.
Wild Ginger is a culinary journey through China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia.
It is a celebration of dozens of cultures, millennia of history and thousands of flavours with a modern twist. This unique approach to Asian cuisine shares the best of each country's distinctive approaches to food.
We have reserved the exclusive private 'Geisha Room' where we will sample six of Wild Ginger's unique Pan Asian dishes and learn about and taste six wonderful wines that complement them!
